Does the menu slow down at peak hours?
The menu page is kept small and photos are compressed; it loads fast even on weak mobile data. The competitor menus with photos we measured took 13 to 35 seconds on mobile. Guests need an internet connection; you can show your Wi-Fi details in the menu.
How are allergens and regulations handled?
Every dish carries the 14 EU allergen groups as "contains" or "may contain"; Germany gets additive footnotes. Guests filter by them. Final prices including VAT and business details appear in the menu. This is not legal advice; check your local obligations with your adviser.
I have a POS. Does it fit?
Next Level does not need a POS; the menu runs on its own. Accepted orders can print on a network receipt printer and go to your POS or Zapier by webhook; direct POS connections are coming. You start without changing your system.
