You write dishes in the languages you want. Translations you have checked are locked; no automatic process overwrites them afterwards. 48 languages, including Arabic and Persian right to left.
How are allergens and regulations handled?
Every dish carries the 14 EU allergen groups as "contains" or "may contain"; Germany gets additive footnotes. Guests filter by them. Final prices including VAT and business details appear in the menu. This is not legal advice; check your local obligations with your adviser.
